Terms and conditions
Last updated: September 7, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Foretrust Funding website. They are not the terms of any funding agreement — those are set out separately in the contract you would sign.
Using this site
You may use this site to learn about our products and to submit a funding request. You agree not to use it to submit false information, to interfere with its operation, or for any unlawful purpose.
This site is not an offer
Nothing on this website is an offer of funding or a commitment to fund. Approval amounts, factor rates and terms shown anywhere on this site are illustrative. Any actual offer is made in writing after underwriting and is subject to the terms of a signed agreement.
The funding estimator
The estimator on our homepage produces a rough range based on a revenue figure you enter. It applies a general multiple and does not consider time in business, deposit consistency, industry, existing obligations or any other underwriting factor. It is not an approval, a pre-approval or a quote.
Accuracy of what you submit
You represent that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to submit it on behalf of the business. Submitting false or misleading information may result in a declined file and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities.
Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this site belong to Foretrust Funding. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without written permission.
Third-party links and partners
This site may link to third parties, and some products are placed with funding partners. We are not responsible for the content, terms or practices of third parties. Any agreement you enter with a partner is between you and that partner.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foretrust Funding is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
